About Lori

Hello, I am Lori Zulferino and I reside in Dix Hills with my husband and son. I have lived in the Dix Hills/Deer Park community since I was 3 years old. As a graduate of Half Hollow Hills West, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from LIU at C.W. Post. I have worked for 2 large companies in Sales, Product Management and Corporate Training, as well as in the Education field with children of Autism. 

My passion for real estate started at a young age. My father was a RE Broker in Queens who also invested in residential and commercial properties. As a result, I obtained my RE license prior to going to college. The early exposure to all facets of the real estate world – negotiating deals, interacting directly with homeowners to obtain the best investment opportunities, managing contractors, and communicating with tenants allowed me to hone in on my innate ability to feel comfortable and enjoy the various facets of the industry. After working in the corporate & education world, I decided to re-obtain my RE license and go back to my real passion.

I am a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. I also volunteer for Last Hope Animal Rescue.
