Mel is joining Signature Premier Properties at an exciting time in the company’s continued growth. His experience includes site selection, environmental considerations, planning and permitting, construction, renovations, restoration, and interior design for both residential and commercial properties. Mel’s connection to real estate is also deeply rooted in his family history, with generations of experience in property development and ownership.
