My wife and I started to search for our first home a little over 1 year ago, we had spent every weekend looking at houses. My wife insisted on working with a realtor who was a “family friend”. Elke was very informative, professional and most importantly she follows through. Informative was very important to us as first time buyers. Many agents seem to think that first time buyer should know everything about buying a home. I didn’t much, and I wasnt getting far by asking other agents questions. Professionalism was important to me, since I felt our previous agent seriously lacked it and that his behavior would rub sellers the wrong way. The follow through to us is the most important thing, we had dozens of questions, problems and delays that Elke handled very promptly.

We had an accepted offer on a house Elke showed us in less than 3 days of meeting her! Elke followed through with all our questions, and refereed us to a great attorney. Elke pretty much held our hands through the entire process from negotiations to closing. My wife and I are very thankful to have met Elke and hope to be friends with her for years to come!
